Mexico Park Helmet

Location Tlaxcalancingo, Puebla
Authorship mxTAD and tulugar.mx

In 2022, in the picturesque setting of Tlaxcalancingo, Puebla, an architectural project emerged that has captured the attention of those who value elegance and community in a residential environment. Through the collaboration of the renowned architecture firm mxTAD and tulugar.mx, the impressive Casco Parque México Project was born.

At the heart of this development lies the clubhouse, a structure that transcends its conventional function. Designed not only to serve as a gathering place, but also to establish the architectural foundations of the housing cluster, it embodies the firms’ commitment to excellence in design and functionality.

The project draws its inspiration from 19th-century Mexican modernism, a movement that valued elegance and simplicity. This inspiration is interwoven with contemporary needs, resulting in a unique spatial experience that blends history and the present.

Materials play an essential role in the project’s visual narrative. The choice of rustic materials in warm tones, such as stone and wood, infuses the space with warmth and familiarity. The harmonious combination of these elements creates a visual and tactile experience that strengthens the connection between residents and their surroundings.

Tranquility and disconnection from urban life are notable achievements of this project. Every architectural detail is meticulously designed to encourage introspection and relaxation. Spaces opening onto gardens and inner courtyards invite contemplation, providing a refuge of peace amid the daily hustle and bustle.

Vegetation is an integral part of the design, enriching the visual and sensory experience. Through a careful selection of colors, heights, foliage, and flowers, vegetation becomes an organic extension of the architecture. Gardens and outdoor spaces are skillfully integrated, creating a harmonious link between nature and the built structure.

A distinctive choice is the use of Trenton cement-look super gres flooring, which adds character and authenticity to the spaces. This choice is not only aesthetic, but also functional, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance over time.

The Casco Parque México Project in Tlaxcalancingo, Puebla, is a masterful example of how history and modernity can merge in exceptional architectural design. The collaboration between mxTAD and tulugar.mx has brought to life a residential development that offers not only homes, but also an enriching living experience. Every aspect, from the historical inspiration to the choice of materials and the integration of nature, comes together in a composition that celebrates the beauty of architecture and life itself.
