To acquire the services and products we are offered; to notify you of any situation related to those already contracted or acquired; to communicate changes thereto; to conduct periodic evaluations of supplies and services in order to improve their acquisition; to evaluate the quality of the service you provide us; and, in general, to ensure compliance with the obligations you have undertaken with us.

For the purposes mentioned above, we require the following personal data:

CUSTOMERS:

To provide the services and products you have requested; to notify you of new services or products related to those already acquired; to communicate changes thereto; to prepare studies and programs necessary to determine consumption habits; to conduct periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve their quality; to evaluate the quality of the products and services we provide; and, in general, to comply with the obligations we have undertaken with you.

For the purposes mentioned above, we require the following personal data:

• Company name, business name, and/or full name
• Landline and/or mobile phone number
• Email address
• Legal representative's signature
• Address
• RFC registration certificate
• Tax registration
• Voter ID (legal representative)
• Current proof of address
• Latest annual tax return and latest provisional payment
• Cover page of the latest bank statement
• Financial statements for the last month.

Any other information that CESANTONI S.A. de C.V. requires due to a contractual or commercial relationship or for the provision of any service.

It is the data subject's responsibility to provide truthful information; therefore, CESANTONI S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to take any actions it deems appropriate in the event of false information. Likewise, the data subject shall be responsible for keeping such information updated.

It is important to inform you that you have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, to object to its processing, or to revoke the consent you have granted for such purpose.
