Porcelain tile for commercial projects

In a commercial project, the selection criterion changes order: first traffic resistance, then aesthetics. A store, an office, or a public space experiences in one month the wear that a home accumulates in a year, and the material has to reach the end of its service life with the same appearance as on day one. Our white-body porcelain tile, with a high PEI rating and availability of anti-slip finishes in the same collections, is designed for that use, and the 20 mm pieces cover load-bearing areas and outdoor access points.

The second variable is maintenance, and it is the one that weighs most heavily on cost over the life of the project. On large surfaces, every joint is a recurring cleaning cost, so large-format rectified tile is not just a visual decision: it reduces joints, speeds up mechanical cleaning, and extends the life of the finish. In wet areas, access points, and stairways, the grip finish delivers safety without lowering the aesthetic level, and medium tones and looks with tonal variation conceal wear much better than a very light or very dark solid color.

The third is supply continuity, which in a commercial project is as decisive as the product itself. We manufacture in Mexico, which means immediate inventory availability, lead times that do not depend on imports, and the ability to replenish pieces years later without changing the reference. In phased projects, in chains with multiple locations, or in works where a partial renovation cannot stand out from what already exists, that continuity is what prevents entire surfaces from having to be redone. Our technical team can support you with specification from the project phase.
