Movement without a defined pattern
Multicolor tile brings movement to a surface without the commitment of a defined pattern. The tonal variation is distributed piece by piece within the same range, so the wall feels alive and has depth but does not create a recognizable figure that can become tiring, which makes it suitable for much larger surfaces than a decorative motif.
It is especially useful in two situations. On large walls, where a pure single color can feel flat and cold, multicolor adds visual texture without introducing a pattern that conditions the rest of the project. And in high-use areas such as the inside of a shower or a kitchen backsplash, because tonal variation disguises limescale, splashes, and water marks much better than a uniform surface, especially in hard-water areas.
To ensure a homogeneous result, it is advisable to give the installer a specific instruction: mix pieces from several boxes during installation and distribute the variation across the entire surface, avoiding similar tones concentrating in the same area.
