Casa Ragu is a unique and contemporary architectural work with an environmentally respectful approach, created by the firms mxTAD and tulugar.mx. It combines cutting-edge design and sustainability, standing out for its aesthetics and ecological commitment.

This house has been designed with deep respect for the natural surroundings. Its level changes follow the topography of the land, while its central courtyard provides natural light and ventilation, creating an oasis where the interior and exterior blend in perfect harmony. Panoramic views and natural light flow through the spaces, inviting us to connect with the beauty of the surrounding nature. 

One of the distinctive features of this project is its Kiel Dark stone-style, Martel Gray, and Astor Miel wood-style flooring. These unique floors fit perfectly with the home’s contemporary aesthetic, highlighting the combination of materials and elements that make each space a special place. 

The interior and exterior spaces have been conceived to foster creativity and well-being. The public areas on the ground floor invite social interaction and community connection, while the private areas on the first level offer the intimacy needed to feel comfortable and at peace. The study/gym and private terrace on level two are a refuge for reflection and personal enjoyment.
