Zacatecas Golf Club

On the architectural horizon of Zacatecas, a successful renovation has been carried out at the Zacatecas Golf Club, under the direction of the visionary Arq. Pedro A. Lara Sánchez and his dedicated team, led by Arq. Jordan Arana. This project has not only redefined, but also revitalized the essence of the Clubhouse with an innovative approach, achieving a balanced fusion between history and modernity, with photographs by Albers Studio.

The design is based on a central premise: a geometric elegance that respectfully engages with the original construction. This geometric synthesis acts as a guiding thread, blending the old with the contemporary in a harmonious way. The main entrances stand out as focal design points, being not only functional but also distinctive visual expressions that define the project’s identity. 

At the heart of the renovation are the common areas, conceived to encourage interaction and community. These spaces not only fulfill their original function, but are transformed into shared experiences. The inclusion of double-height spaces added a unique visual dimension, creating a sense of spaciousness and grandeur in the interiors. 

The careful selection of carpentry elements not only optimized the construction, but also infused warmth into the spaces, achieving a harmonious balance between efficiency and aesthetics. The floor, clad in Riviera stone-look porcelain tile Riviera, added a touch of elegance and innovation to the interior design, contributing a unique style. 

With 600 m2 of built area, this residential project embodies innovation in every corner. It incorporated cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art architectural design. The renovation not only focused on speed and efficiency, but every step was executed with precision to ensure that operations did not compromise quality. 

The renovation of the Golf Club in Zacatecas was not only a physical transformation; it was a successful fusion of history and modernity.
